Why stretch before bedtime?

Throughout the day, the body goes through stress associated with stress, posture or lack of movement. Stretching allows these stresses to release and make the nervous system soothing before bedtime.

It makes it possible to avoid dislike rigidity and better heal after an active day or sports session by promoting flexibility and muscle discounts.

1. Stretching of back to leave the spine

Standing, anchor well on the ground, slowly bent forward as if you wanted to touch your feet. Hang your arms and do a minor rotation of the bust on the left, then to the right.

Repeat this movement 30 times to highlight the dorsal tension.

2. Glowing basins and hips

Sit in a suit and place your right hand on your right knee. Slowly reduce your bust to your right thigh, while moving your left hand beyond you.

Then optional with the other side. Repeat eight times for each leg.

3. Knee rotation to calm the lower back

Lie on your back, bend your feet and bring them back to your bust.
