Eat this food for breakfast stimulates your brain
We know that food plays an important role in brain health. But can we see immediate effect on our cognitive performance? A study published in the journal Food and workAt the speed of memory and reflection was interested in the influence of a nutritious breakfast. Results: Young adults who have consumed 50 grams of nuts in the morning showed significant improvement in their brain capabilities throughout the day.
To reach this conclusion, researchers studied 31 young adults, subjected to two separate breakfast: one with a nut, the other without. Each participant optioned during one -whee space test days between these two meals. He was then evaluated several times on his cognitive faculties.
Better memory and increased accountability
Results revealed amazing effects. If, within two hours of food, the memory in memory was slightly lower with nuts, it was clearly improved at the end of the day. At six o’clock from breakfast, the participants who consumed the nuts kept more words and showed better learning ability.

Why are nuts so beneficial?
Researchers explain these benefits from the prosperity of nuts in omega -3 fatty acids and polyphenols, safety of nerve communication compounds and brain cells. By stabilizing the level of glucose in the blood and affecting brain chemistry, they optimize cognitive processes throughout the day.
