People who had kindness demonstrated the lower levels of depression and the satisfaction of more life. In fact, the results have shown that such people were more likely to feel happy and suffer less than the symptoms of depression.

Researchers have developed a statistical model, suggesting that kindness reduces the symptoms of depression, which, by recochet, enhances subjective pleasure.

This tantra creates a virtuous cycle where the practice of kindness reinforces mental and emotional welfare. Therefore, being kind to others, we also cultivate our happiness.
