Our selection of favorite books, to read in a quarter of one hour a day

Turn off your screen, open a book. This will be for the 4ᵉ version of the National Book Center (CNL) and the Ministry of National Education launched by the 4ᵉ version of the Hour National Reading, which will be on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Objective? Provide a collective moment of reading all French people, schools, businesses, administration and even in Panthanians, where an unprecedented artistic installation signed Nicholas fries have been signed.

As ambassadors with Luce Albert, Sandrin Cell, Therie Marx and Augstin Trapanard, the phenomenon recalls how important reading is. And if you do not know where to start, then it is our selection of books to search (Re) on March 11!

A national meeting to fall in love with books

This is Tuesday, March 11, 2025, whether you are in an office, an class or a coffee, CNL invites you to take a book to your daily life and read for fifteen minutes. This ritual launched in schools in 2019 proved its benefits: silence appreciated, a reinforced concentration, a general appeasement.

This year, the pantian installation turns into a temple of reading with “huge ideas”, where the words will dance on the screen, invite everyone to read together, as a collective breath. Whether you are an emotional reader or out of inspiration, books have been selected to select books during this quarter of one hour of reading here. Roman, comic strip, essay, poetry … is something for all.

One -fourth that changes everything

Reading fifteen minutes a day, it can take a lot in an overloaded life, and at the same time, in the context of the period, and yet, it is a powerful gesture. This allows you to descend, take brakes, breathe. At the same time, it stimulates the brain, reduces stress, improves concentration. And, while mental health has been erected as a “great national cause” this year, the book appears as a soothing asylum, a very soft measure against the concern that our highlighted daily newspapers produce.

Therefore, on 11 March, whether you’re at home, at work or in Pantthian, take this one -hour reading quarter, share your readings on the network with #11MarsJelis, and at the top, let yourself move away from words.
